These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of santino.com.sg (the "Site") and any purchase made through it, operated by Santino Coffee Specialists Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore, located at 911 Bukit Timah Road, Singapore [POSTAL CODE] ("Santino Coffee," "we," "us," "our").

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee stock availability for machines with limited or made-to-order availability; we will notify you promptly if an item cannot be fulfilled.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies to that order.
  • Payment must be received in full (or as per agreed deposit/instalment terms for equipment orders) before an order is processed and shipped.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Santino Coffee is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

4. Product Warranty

  • Coffee machines and equipment sold through Santino Coffee are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty (Nuova Simonelli, Victoria Arduino, Crem, Rex Royal, or other brands as applicable). Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by product — refer to the product page or contact us for specific warranty information before purchase.
  • Santino Coffee facilitates warranty claims with the manufacturer but is not the warrantor unless explicitly stated.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Santino Coffee Specialists Pte Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Santino Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act).

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
